Billsburg Brewery was born from our love of traditional lagers, pilsners and ales and our desire to create a space where family, friends, and the community as a whole could gather together and make great memories. Our core values of trustworthiness, friendliness, passion, and collaboration continue to drive us into the future.

America’s brewing story began over 400 years ago right next door in the heart of Jamestown, but our story began not too long ago...
Getting Billsburg off the ground was no small feat, especially for someone who started brewing in his own garage. But for Dave Baum, the dream of creating a "destination brewery" to bring people together wasn't far fetched at all. Dave spearheaded economic partnerships and generated enthusiasm in order to turn what used to be an eyesore into a beautiful local attraction.
With a lot of hard work, Dave's dream of creating a place that felt like home came true. Word of Billsburg's great hospitality and lively energy traveled fast, solidifying its place as a staple attraction in the area.
Dave passed away in 2020, leaving behind a legacy of great beer and even better memories shared between locals and tourists alike.
